ride with them you may access the National Web-site (www.southerncruisers.net).
Click on Chapters Link and choose the State/Province/Country
look for the area you will be in. Click on the 1st/2nd Officer of
the area of interest and an email window should open up (On most
Laptop/Notebook/Desktop computers with the Windows Operating System).
Email the Officer and ask your questions! Easy Peasy!
It may be possible to get their assistance in finding accomodations,
Rental Bikes, join in their rides/events, etc.

Captain and Tail-gunner", Patches.
The cost
is $5.00 ea.
Name Patches must be ordered on an individual basis and must be
prepaid at $5.00 ea.

The SCRC Winged Patch(s) can only be procured via the "National Web-Site, Online store"!

The Road Captain, and Safety Captain Patches will be given only to those Members that have completed a Chapter Riding Guidlines and Safety Briefing or otherwise show relevant experience!

There is a placement diagram for SCRC patches. I found it on Rickster's original web-site. While not very clear it is clear enough to be serve as an official patch placement guide! The example below is of my vest and the placement of individual patches.
I had the patches sized to make vertical alignment a bit easier to accomplish.

Saturday, March 16th 2024 Destination was: Corkey Bell's, Fleming Island, Fl Eleven Bikes with 12 people departed our racetrack station for a 148 mile round trip ride. We rode through some of rural Florida's back roads at a leisurely pace stopping at Buddy Boy's Country Store, 8430 County Rd 13 N, St. Augustine, FL 32092 for a brief break. Sparky lead the group safely (We got turned around only twice LOL all a part of being a Cruiser). The food was great, the service fine, and the comradery lively and fun! Destination was: The Deland Stockyard, 1915 Old New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32720 Ten bikes with eleven people departed our racetrack station this beautiful Florida morning. Sparky had us wandering the rural roads of 2 counties before arriving safely at our destination. Sparky has learned to take "Selfies" LOL! The food was delicious, the service quick and the fellowship superb! Chapter 702 Completed Pop Up Ride
Saturday, April 6th 2024 Dest. was: Shrimp R Us More, 765 3rd Ave, Welaka, FL 32193 12 bikes with 12 people started out at the racetrack and began a leisurely ride to our destination, Cooter lead and Joe covered our six. I made one oppsey, I will not elaborate to embarrassed!!!!! The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful after the new renovations. Service was fantastic, as usual I got served last, go figure! Celebration of Life - Memorial Ride - Robin Tyde
Saturday, April 20th 2024 As a cohesive family Florida SCRC Chapters solemnly descended upon Ormond Beach to share with her family the Celebration of Life for our beloved Robin! Our sincere sympathy goes out to Paul and Rip and to Robin's family. Robin will always be in our memories and hearts! Ride forever the heavenly roads, until we meet again Sweet Lady!
